Celebrity crush. Nina Dobrev at the CW Upfronts in NYC

   Nina Dobrev dazzled at the CW Upfronts in NYC on May 17th. It is not that often I see that dress looks so perfect on someone! Very simple look, but doesn't she look stunning??? What do you say?
