Which one will you choose?

So here are two amazing dresses from Reed Krakoff Pre-Fall 2011 Collection. I fell in love with the silhouettes, so feminine and beautiful! I surely choose maxi dress, as it's more classy and fabulous, but the shorter one is going to be perfect for cocktail parties. They both are stunning and it is very hard to give preference to one of them. So which one do you choose?
